SUBSTANCE INFORMATION PROJECT

This page is dedicated to the Substance Information Project being run aspart of the REACH Task Force of the CDI.  For a full explanation of the activities of the REACH Task Force click here

Having completed the first half of the project, the substance information questionnaire (click on the words for copies of the questionnaire, guidance and accompanying letter), the CDI has now started the use identification project for those substances identified in the first half of the project.

The results of this exercise will inform the CDI’s REACH Task Force as to the important uses of the substances, helping the Task Force make educated decisions about the best way to optimise the cobalt industry’s approach to REACH.
